Masking Update March 18, 2022

After careful consideration and with our eye on the science, the Church Council has decided to make masking optional.

 As always, we continue to respect your decision to mask if you so choose. If you are immunocompromised and are uncomfortable with unmasked folks being in your area, please let a member of staff know your concern and we will help you find a seat where you feel the most comfortable.

What it Means to Be A Christian

In 2010, the bestselling author Anne Rice publicly announced that she no longer identified as a Christian. She wrote on social media, “I remain committed to Christ as always but not to being ‘Christian’ or to being part of Christianity. It’s simply impossible for me to ‘belong’ to this quarrelsome, hostile, disputatious, and deservedly infamous group. For ten years, I’ve tried. I’ve failed. I’m an outsider. My conscience will allow nothing else.”
